At Cullinan Crown Jewellery, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our creations. Please note that all purchases are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. However, we are happy to provide the following services to ensure your satisfaction:
- Resizing & Polishing: If your creation requires resizing or polishing, we offer these services for a fee, based on the specific changes needed. Once you approve the details, we will proceed with the adjustments accordingly.
- Repairs: In the event that your creation is damaged after use, we offer repair services. Please note that repair services are subject to additional charges, depending on the extent of the damage.

- Home Address or Pickup Location
- A brief description or image explaining the issue with your creation (e.g., whether it needs resizing, polishing, or repairing).
Once we receive your request, our support team will review the details and respond within 48 hours. You may receive a follow-up email or a call from us to further discuss your request and confirm the next steps.
